Marathon (Israel)

Three runners running in a circle, changing direction, veering off on their own, going back to the circle. Running, cajoling, determined to ‘finish the job’ but we don’t know what that is.
Marathon is part dance, part performance art, part spoken word, lots of running and a bracing workout for both performer and audience. Marathon is a perfect metaphor for life in society in Israel.
Marathon plays at the Theatre Centre until Friday, Feb. 6, 2015.
